Equity Residential's CEO Mark Parrell Signs CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion Pledge

Equity Residential continues to build upon and cultivate a culture of inclusion as CEO and President Mark J. Parrell has signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion Pledge. This announcement comes on the heels of the company conducting listening sessions to provide the opportunity for employees of color to share their stories and experiences regarding the racial injustices and societal inequities in our country. “We are proud to join more than 1,000 leading companies in signing the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion Pledge.
